Wooden structure made from C24 structural wood.

Finish: LVT panels (color chosen by the client), acoustically insulated and bordered.

Wall insulation: 10 cm Rockwool.
Roof insulation: 14 cm stone wool, vapor barrier, and wind barrier.
Floor insulation: 15 cm XPS foam plus soundproof wool.

Flooring: OSB boards (18 mm) with vapor barrier.
Interior finish: MFP board (9 mm).

PEX plumbing system: Protected against freezing (Winter package).
Sewage System
Gravity sewage system: Fi 110 mm (black water), Fi 50 mm (gray water).
